Warehousing & Logistics (Forklift + Order Picker)

Logistics is a growing industry with more and more consumers shopping online, and many businesses expanding their distribution networks across the country. This course provides the skills and knowledge to entry into transport and logistics and related sectors.

This option includes forklift and order picker training and licensing.

To be selected for entry into 22648VIC Course in Transport and Logistics Employment Pathway and CONISS015 Licence to operate a forklift truck, applicants are required to complete a suitability review, a task participation and medical checklist and a language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) evaluation, prior to enrolment. Candidates must also be over 18 years of age and be able to present current government issued photo ID.

 

*This training may be delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding through the Skills First Program. Eligibility criteria applies. Commencing these courses may impact any future entitlement to receive government subsidised training. These courses will be taken into account when assessing whether a student meets the ‘2 skill sets in a year’ and ‘2 at a time’ volume limits for Victorian Government funded training. These courses are recognised as 2 skill sets for the purpose of government funding. Please refer to the Statement of Fees for a breakdown of fee information per course.
